Returns, refunds, and damaged orders.
We want you to feel confident shopping with ALÉVIE. Because ALÉVIE Root Renewal Oil is a beauty and personal care product, returns may be limited for safety and hygiene reasons.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Opened, used, or damaged-by-customer products are not eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact hello@aleviebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your return is approved, instructions will be provided by email. Please do not send any product back without approval first.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
